Customers service comprises of internal and external clients but in this survey we are ONLY asking about external customers.

A - Please do not discuss your survey responses with other workshop participants. Draw only from your own experiences.
B - Sometimes we experience certain types of complaints very frequently. They might be easier to address but because of their higher frequency, they consume time. Other types of complaints may not occur often, but when they do they're complexity makes them difficult or challenging, which consumes time and risks other losses. In the two questions below try to distinguish between the easier but frequent and the less frequent but complex.
